Sara Evans has announced her 10th annual Christmas tour, titled Sara Evans – Blue Christmas Tour. The trek takes her to 10 cities and eight states throughout the month of December in such cities as Huntsville, Ala. and Detroit. Trio Temecula Road will serve as an opening act. The tour begins Dec. 5 at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville and concludes at the Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, Minn. on Dec. 22.
Evans released a holiday album, At Christmas, in 2014, which includes her renditions of treasured hits such as “Silent Night,” “I’ll Be Home For Christmas” and “Winter Wonderland,” along with the original title track. She is also working on a new solo album, which she describes as “very different than anything I’ve ever done.”
