Cody Johnson, Lainey Wilson, and Riley Green are set to headline the first wave of performances at the 61st Academy of Country Music Awards, with additional acts to be announced soon.

Established in 1966, the Academy of Country Music Awards is the longest-running country music honors show and became the first major awards ceremony to livestream exclusively in 2022 through Prime Video. Returning to its Sunday night timeslot, the ACM Awards “will feature unprecedented performances, exclusive collaborations, and unexpected moments from the biggest Country Music stars, all while celebrating the genre’s most iconic and emerging talent.” Tickets for the show and ACM Awards Week events are available at AXS.com.

The announced performers bring notable accolades to the stage: Cody Johnson follows his 2025 win for Song of the Year. Lainey Wilson, the current Entertainer of the Year and a 16-time ACM winner, will debut her new track “Can’t Sit Still.” Riley Green, a four-time ACM recipient, is set to perform his hit “Change My Mind.”

The awards are part of ‘ACM Awards Week’ events running May 15–17. Highlights include “ACM Lifting Lives Country on the Green: Riley Green & Friends” at Topgolf Las Vegas on May 15 and “ACM Next Wave: Country’s Beach Bash” at Mandalay Bay Beach on May 16.

The ceremony will livestream globally on Prime Video on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. CT / 5 p.m. PT from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Fans can also watch via the Amazon Music channel on Twitch and the Amazon Music app.
