Moments after President Donald Trump finished his speech at the Capital One Arena on Jan. 20, he began signing a stack of executive orders that will set the stage for his second administration. Trump signed orders that will implement an immediate regulatory freeze, a temporary federal government hiring freeze, a mandate to require all federal workers to immediately return to full-time in-person work, and an inflation directive for all Cabinet members.
